Shortly after the meeting, he posted on X, urged Israel to “end the job” and issued a final warning to Hamas, calling for the immediate release of all the remaining hostages. He called the crisis “sick and twisted”, criticizing Hamas to stick to the bodies of the deceased victims. Israeli officials reported that at least 24 hostages, including the American citizen, Edin Alexander, are still alive in Gaza, while the bodies of other 35 remain in Hamas’s seizure.
