Meanwhile, Cleo was discharged from hospital on her own but was worried about going home. When Peri told her what happened to Mercedes, she rushed to join her family.
At home, Mercedes asked John Paul to call her son Bobby in prison and tell him that she was not in pain or afraid, even though this was a lie.
When the McQueen family gathered at Mercedes’ bedside, she told them that she could see a white feather in her room, and that her late son Gabriel was waiting for her.
Mira broke the news about Mercedes to Freddie and Grace, and while Grace was hesitant, she eventually agreed to go visit her.

Elsewhere, after an emotional conversation with Mercedes, Cleo finds the courage to finally report Abby’s abuse.
Realizing how much pain her daughter was in, Mira told Mercedes it was okay to stop fighting, and in heartbreaking scenes, the family waited for her to let go.
When Freddie arrives, he tells Mercedes that he loves her but she deserves better than him. He later clashes with Grace and goes to The Loft for a drink – where he finds Vicky’s scanned photo and She realized she was still pregnant with his child.

Grace returns to see Mercedes, who has woken up and says that Freddie loves her. Mercedes then realized she had some fight left and asked Mira to take her back to the hospital.
Meanwhile, Cleo was shocked when she opened the door and found… Abe stood in front of her. What does he want from her, and is Cleo in danger?
