Alia Bhatt recently opened her ongoing journey, and revealed that she was attending treatment sessions weekly to manage her mental health.
Speaking during an intimate celebration before birth with the media, where her husband Ranbir Kapoor joined her, Alia admitted that dealing with emotions is “a daily work in progress.”
The actor, who previously discussed her struggles with anxiety and ADHD on the Jay Sheti podcast, stressed the importance of self -awareness.
She said that she finds herself in different moments where her emotions improve, and although she is deeply in meditation, Alia explained that identifying simply her emotional patterns helps her to move in difficult situations.
Alia also revealed that reading for her daughter, Rahha, offers an unexpected comfort. I mentioned a book entitled The Book of Emotions, which you often read. “When I read this book to her, it seems as if I was reading myself,” Alia said, “It sheds light on how simple lessons about feelings as a follower as well.
